Returns and Exchanges

Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be reported within 30 days of receipt.

For packages lost in transit, claims must be reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Claims resulting from errors on our side will be resolved at our expense, either through a full refund or product replacement.

If you identify an issue with a product or your order, please contact our customer support team. Include a clear photo and a brief description of the issue. Our team will assess your claim and inform you whether a replacement or refund has been approved. Approved replacements will ship within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be credited automatically to your original payment method within several business days.

**EXCEPTIONS TO REPLACEMENT OR REFUND POLICY**

Cellex will not provide refunds, account credits, or replacements under the following circumstances:

- **Incorrect Address** – If an insufficient or incorrect shipping address is provided, resulting in the shipment's return, reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer once an updated address is confirmed.

- **Unclaimed Shipments** – If a package remains unclaimed and is returned, reshipment costs are the customer’s responsibility.

- **Buyer’s Remorse** – We do not offer refunds for orders placed due to buyer's remorse. Any returns or product exchanges are at your discretion and expense. If you choose to accept returns or exchanges from your customers, a new order must be placed at your cost.

- **Rejected by Customs** – Cellex will not issue refunds for packages returned due to rejection by customs. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with import regulations and pay any associated customs fees.

- **Order Prepared but Not Shipped** – If you request to cancel an order that has already been processed and prepared for shipping, we cannot cancel or refund the order.

- **Product Discontinuation or Extended Out-of-Stock** – We do not provide compensation for expenses related to marketing, product creation, or other costs incurred if a product is discontinued or unavailable for an extended period.

**LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS**

If you have not received your refund after a reasonable period, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

This policy is governed by and interpreted according to the English language, regardless of translations made for any purpose.
